DIY Self Service Bathing
Now washing your dog is fun and not a chore. Dogoverboard is specifically designed to allow dog lovers to wash their own dog without any of the hassles such as mess, dirty water, wet hair and an uncontrolled pet, thus removing the stress on the dog and the owner. Dog lovers can bond with their dog by washing their dog themselves. Your pet will feel less stressed when you spend quality time bathing your dog. Bring your family as the bathing areas and drying booths have plenty of room for everybody.
Unique dog baths
Dogoverboard’s unique dog baths allow the dog to walk into the bath (without ramps or steps). The bath is then easily raised to the correct height for the bather. No more lifting, bending or bad backs. The baths are also ideal for older or less active dogs that have difficulty jumping or walking up ramps. It is easy to wash both sides of your dog without the dog having to turn in the bath. Dogoverboard’s baths will safely hold any size dog from the smallest Chihuahua to the largest St Bernard.
Fresh warm water & self draining
Recycled dirty wash or rinse water is not used at Dogoverboard. Fresh warm water automatically heated to preset prescribed temperature is used in all baths. The baths are self draining which allows the dirty wash and rinse water to drain away from your dog. Any shampoo residue left on the coat or skin can cause itching, dandruff or allergic reactions. Rubber mats ensure the dog will not slip in the baths.
High velocity dryers
Dogs should always be dried after bathing. Drip drying or allowing the coat to dry over many hours can lead to bacterial growth under the coat and assist the development of certain skin complaints. Dogoverboard has four large drying booths big enough to accommodate all the family.
One stop wash - just bring the dog
We have made it easy to wash your dog. You don’t need an appointment, just roll up with your dog anytime 7 days a week. Last wash is 30 minutes before closing time. We can supply quality soap-free shampoos, conditioners, towels, brushes and aprons or you can bring your own. Remember never use human shampoos. If in doubt, we can make recommendations based on your dog’s skin and coat.
Add on Services
Our staff are able to provide specialised services such as nail clipping, ear cleaning and plucking, face or pad trimming, medicated washes such as Malaseb and coat thinning. You can get the right products for your dog and receive professional caring advice on hygiene, nutrition and grooming.
